This helpful tool is specially designed for sewing machine needles. On the one hand, it holds the needle to insert it into the machine. It also allows you to thread the needle without having to search for the eye. The mechanism works just as well with hand sewing needles. Granted: you should watch the video linked below once to understand how it’s done – but then it’s infinitely helpful for sewing machines that don’t have a built-in threader.

My heart beats for patchwork fabrics from well-known manufacturers and high-quality accessories for quilting. I've been sewing since I was 13 and I spend every free minute I have - I never go a day without fabric, rotary cutter, needle and thread! With the Laridae online shop I have realized a dream, because dealing with beautiful fabrics enriches my day. And advising customers on design issues is a matter close to my heart. I don't buy the fabrics in my shop "anyhow", but spend days poring over sample cards from the latest collections, with my focus on modern, graphic patterns. Personally, I love precuts because they always contain a complete collection that can be perfectly complemented with solids (single-colored fabrics).
