About Rob Stegeman
I have a degree in music, but work full-time for Rhinetex, a fabric wholesaler of patchwork fabrics in the Netherlands. My wife runs a patchwork fabric and sewing machine store where I am certified to maintain and repair machines from various manufacturers such as Singer and Bernina. I buy Singer Featherweight all over Europe and work them up with a lot of care. I am also happy to paint housings in desired colors.
I know the Singer Featherweight down to the last bolt and will be happy to show you how to care for this old sewing machine.
